Student Athlete Subscription Services

Since 2004 I have been photographing Charlotte Catholic sports and offering digital and printed products to the community.  Recently, I've heard from parents that while they love the photographs they struggle to find the time to comb through hundreds of images.  That makes perfect sense! Everyone is busy these days, so I have decided to offer two new subscription services to save parents time and also provide a price break to loyal fans.  The only decision you need to make is to decide which subscription service works best for you...

The Choice Subscription - is a prepaid service plan for those Parents who wish to easily access and purchase a combination of Prints and Digital Images from a link to their own private password protected gallery at greatly reduced pricing. I will capture and prepare images of your student athlete throughout the season and then upload them to your private gallery. The pre-paid fee you submit for the Choice Subscription is placed in gift certificate account to use towards your purchases. You will use a coupon code during each checkout process to purchase prints or digital images from your private gallery. The cost of your order is subtracted from your prepaid account as you use your coupon code. Note that all purchases you make from your gallery are priced significantly less than non-subscription galleries on the website.

 
Not only will you have the convenience of all your student athlete's images in one easy to find gallery to share with friends and family, but also as a subscriber you will enjoy a 35-80% savings per image.
 

Choice Subscription Pre-Paid Service Plan per Sport

Varsity Sports $135 each

 

 

The Premier Subscription - is a prepaid service plan that features the benefits of the Choice Subscription plan including your own private gallery, a further reduction in prices on printed files PLUS ALL Hi-Res Digital images are included in the plan at no additional cost! 
 
AND, you may download your images at any time (FREE) for no additional charge.
 
I will capture and prepare the best images of your student athlete, then upload those images to your private gallery. From there you may download your images at any time for no additional charge.  You may also choose to order prints from our professional printer at a substantial savings of 50-95% over the price which non-subscribers pay for prints.
 

Premier Subscription Pre-Paid Service Plan

The average cost per Hi-Res Digital image is $2 based on the annual maximum number of images per school year. (see chart below) All images in your private gallery are free to download.  The subscription fee per annual maximum number of images uploaded to your gallery are as follows:

 

$350(up to 175 images) 1 Sport Athletes
$450(up to 225 images) 2 Sport Athletes
$550(up to 275 images) 3 Sport Athletes

 

Please Note: Subscription plans are for the 2014/2015 school year.  Remaining balances do not carry over to the next school year.

To begin a subscription, please contact me by submitting your contact information and include the best time for me to call you.  We will go over the details of each plan and I'll answer any questions that you may have. Once we decide which plan works best for your needs, you will be asked to submit a personal check in the amount of the subscription plan you choose.  That's all there is to it.  So let's get started and build your gallery of fantastic images today!

ALL DIGITAL IMAGES PURCHASED EITHER ONLINE OR VIA THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL USE LICENSE.

  • Applies to all images received on CDs or USB Drives or delivered by download via the Online or Subscription Services.
  • Steve Lyons Photography (“Photographer”) grants buyer a non-exclusive personal-use license to download from Galleries and/or copy the accompanying image(s) on their CD(s) (collectively, “Media”) subject to the following restrictions:
  • This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Images for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints for personal use.
  • Images may not be used in part or whole in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Images may not be used in advertising, resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
  • Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Images remain exclusively with the Photographer, Steve Lyons. There are no warranties, expressed or implied. The Images are provided in their deliverable format ‘as is’.
  • The Photographer(s) will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license of buyer’s use of the Images.
